- Conducted user research and usability testing with UserZoom, using SUM and SUPR-Q scoring to inform design decisions
- Collaborated with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to align design with business objectives and present research findings
- Participated in Agile sprints using Jira and Confluence to track tasks and align UX work with development
- Contributed to the development of a shared design system across international Sun Life offices for efficiency and consistency
