I'm Solomon, a Senior UX Designer from the Greater Toronto Area with 7+ years of experience designing user-centered solutions in the insurance and financial services industry. I specialize in reducing friction and guiding users from confusion to clarity.
My past roles include Sun Life Financial and Aviva Canada, where I focused on accessibility, design systems, banking and payment flows, and self-serve platforms.
One interesting fact about me is that as of December 3, 2017, I became a certified archery coach, earning the title of "Beginner Instructor Trained" — one of roughly 400 certified coaches in Canada!
